SureIT

SureIT is the multi-agency contact management system designed to support Children’s Centres and Sure Start practitioners.

Developed alongside Sure Start practitioners, SureIT records an individual’s contact with Sure Start programmes, Children’s Centres and external agencies, allowing users to quickly access and enter quantitative and qualitative information into individual records.

Joined up care

SureIT seamlessly interoperates with the wider community. Authorised external agencies, such as midwives, Home Start and speech and language specialists, can view and enter information into a single record, building a complete picture and providing stakeholders with all the information they require.

Reporting

SureIT boasts an extensive reporting module. Practitioners can perform standard reports, including M1 and M3, and user-defined reports, helping them to benchmark service provision within their area and to justify current and future funding.

Templates

SureIT is equipped with a comprehensive set of role-based templates that can be fully customised to provide a tailored view and input criteria for internal and external agencies.

Role-based templates ensure that all the relevant information is completed. Furthermore, practitioners’ time is saved through not having to scour detailed forms for the relevant field to enter information into.

SureIT’s templates also intelligently populate identical fields within an individual’s record, saving users’ the time associated with re-keying of information into multiple fields.

Secure care

SureIT enables administrators to allow or restrict user access to data, modules or levels within the system, assisting data protection compliance.
